Using the copper technique can produce some great effects. By drawing swirly designs on the back of pieces of copper you get a raised effect. The copper goes beautiful shades of orange and pink when heated, and this contrast with the black card works really well.

Super Stamps

I was given lots of super stamps for Christmas. Here are some of the cards I've made using them. The background on the celebrate card was produced using a peel off sticker and sponging with bright coloured ink.
All these motifs were embossed after stamping. Holographic embossing powders give a subtle sparkle while shiny black looks elegant on the Rennie Mackintosh inspired card. Water colour pencils enhance details.
